Throughout the term we were to read a few given articles on a specific topic and than complete a reading log on what we had read. I found these reading logs to be a great way for me to remember the topics we are discussing and to increase my learning for class time discussion. I did not mind writing the logs, they were only to be about a page long, which is a perfect amount of space to just share and record your thoughts. I have started taking notes on readings that I do in other classes like this now, and find that its a lot easier for me to remember different ideas towards the end of the term. These ideas are much more likely to stick with me now continuing on in my education, I am much more likely to absorb the information now that I have had to write my ideas and thoughts on it. These logs really improved the way I learn and study.
